Do you have any gift services?

We offer hippique Gift Cards! You can grab one right HERE. We’ll send an email with a unique gift card code to you or your recipient.


What payment methods does hippique accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Elo, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Amazon Pay.


I have a question about my order, what should I do?

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so we’ll do our best to help you with any changes or cancellations before your order ships. Send us a note as soon as possible at JUMPCREW@HIPPIQUE.COM.

Shipping

When will my order ship out?

We typically ask for 1-2 business days for our team to pack & ship your full order. During promotional or holiday weeks, your order will ship within 5 business days.

Where does your clothing ship from?

Orders ship from our warehouse in New Jersey. If your order ships in separate packages, we will send you multiple tracking numbers. We’re pros when it comes to tracking packages, let us know if we can help locate yours.


How much does shipping cost?

We offer two different shipping methods in the United States:

  • Standard Shipping for $7
  • Express Shipping for $20

But remember, Economy Shipping is free in the US when you spend $100 or more!


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

With Standard Shipping, your order will arrive in 3-4 business days, depending on your shipping address.

Alternatively, if you are shipping to a street address in the Continental United States, you can choose to upgrade to Express Shipping at checkout:

  • Express Shipping is $20 at checkout, and will be delivered 1-2 business days after it is picked up by the carrier.

Does hippique ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within the US. We will be adding more international shipping locations down the line – in the interim please follow us on Instagram @HIPPIQUE_EQ.

How does hippique clothing generally fit?

Our clothes are designed to be neat with enough room to achieve your riding positions and to allow freedom of movement in the saddle. Items in our Graphics Shop were selected because they’re insanely comfortable.

How should I wash and care for my hippique clothes?

We recommend keeping things cool – wash on cold and hang dry or use a low heat setting in the dryer. This will keep the stretchy fibers and shape of the garment intact.


Will my hippique clothes shrink over time?

Nope.

Discounts & Promotions

How do I add a discount or promotion code?

Have a discount? Awesome! You can add it to your order when moving through checkout. There will be a box on the right side of the screen above your order’s subtotal. Enter the code and your total will reflect the new amount.

Our website allows one discount code per order. If you have multiple discounts, save one for your next order or send it to a friend.

Discount codes are only applicable to "discountable" items. Exclusions include Gift Cards, third party merchandise, and charitable merchandise.


Why isn’t my discount code working?

Trouble with discount codes is commonly caused by expiration dates or what’s in your shopping cart. Double check if the code you received has any restrictions, like a price hurdle or expiration date. Discount codes are also only applicable to "discountable" items. Exclusions apply, including but not limited to: Gift Cards, third party merchandise and charitable merchandise. Other exclusions may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer free returns any time within 30 days of your purchase. Returns must be unwashed and unworn, with the hangtags still attached – a quick try on is cool, a visit to the barn or a sweaty hack is less cool.

Returns are credited to the original method of payment.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and we only offer free returns in areas that we ship to.

We will only accept returns from hippique.com, please contact third party retailers directly to return items purchased through their channels.

Returns are typically processed within 5-10 business days of receipt. Due to COVID-19 health protocols, you may experience longer than normal processing times.

All final sale items are yours to keep.


How much do returns cost?

We offer free returns on all purchases not marked Final Sale.


How do I start a return or exchange?

If you decide that your new hippique product isn’t for you, start your return by sending us your order number using our Contact Form and we’ll take care of the rest.

If an item is marked Final Sale, prices are as marked and all sales are final. For any questions, please reach out to us at JUMPCREW@HIPPIQUE.COM.


Where can I find my shipping label?

Send us your order number using our Contact Form. You’ll receive a prepaid shipping label once we know which items you’re sending our way.


How do I return/exchange a gift?

Start your return by sending us the order number using our Contact Form.

If you’re having trouble tracking down details from the original order, our team is happy to help. Just send us a note at JUMPCREW@HIPPIQUE.COM with info about the friendly person who gifted you with hippique and what you’d like to send back.

Returns of gifts can be credited to the original method of payment or in the form of a hippique Gift Card.


How long does a refund or exchange take to process?

From start to finish, please give your refund/exchange 7-14 days to get back to you.

Our Returns Team is located on the East Coast, so return travel may take up to 5 business days + 3-4 days for processing. Once we have your items checked in, we’ll send the refund or exchange your way.


What is your price adjustment policy?

If within 14 days of your purchase the price of a hippique item in your order is reduced, we’ll shoot you a refund for the difference. Just send our team a quick note!
